About Audrey Jaber
Hello! I’m currently an assistant editor at YourTango.com, where I work primarily on personal essays and News & Entertainment. I have been published in Modern Luxury, Boston Common, Philadelphia Style, YourTango.com and Affection Magazine, among others.
I’m a recent graduate from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, where I received a BS in Journalism with minors in Environmental Studies and Publishing (with a focus on magazine writing).
For my entire life, I have loved writing. My mom would tell you that ever since I single-handedly started a book club in the fourth grade, she knew I would go into this field. Though back then I favored creative writing, today journalistic and magazine writing have my heart. I am passionate about travel, environmentalism, fashion and storytelling, though one of my favorite parts of this job is getting to educate myself on new topics, people, and issues. I am open-minded and value any opportunity to expand my horizons.
